Our terms are C.O.D. unless credit is approved. All first-time rentals are C.O.D. All Rentees must fill out a Credit Application at least three (3) days prior to the rental. Open accounts are available on a NET 30 terms upon approval of credit application. VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted.

Prices are based on a one day rental period. A one day rental is pick-up after 4:00 PM the day prior to the rental and returned by 10:00 AM the day following the rental. Any equipment picked up early or returned late will be subject to additional charge.

Westcoast Video assures that all equipment leaves our facility in good working order. No credit will be given for defective equipment unless we are notified when a problem arises and we are given the opportunity to repair or replace the defective equipment. We are available to offer field service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are not responsible for the renter's inability to properly operate our equipment.

Renter assumes full responsibility for any and all damage or loss to equipment until such time as equipment has been received by Westcoast Video Productions. All equipment rentals must be insured. Any client supplying their own insurance must provide us with a certificate of insurance naming Westcoast Video Productions as additionally insured/loss payee. Under certain conditions, Westcoast Video Productions may be able to provide insurance, please call for details.

In the event of damage or loss of equipment, renter will be responsible for lost income on equipment, until such time equipment is returned, repaired or full compensation is received by Westcoast Video Productions.

Equipment shall not used in abnormal or hazardous conditions.
